"Very professional staff. The medical Assistant and lab techs were very kind to me as well. I did not have to wait at all. Front office was very thorough with me and informative. Dr. Edokpayi is EXCELLENT ! I can be quite the chatter box and a little overwhelmed. She has a very warm and inviting spirit. Let me ask as many questions and did not rush me at all. I appreciated the time she took with me and how she answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'm excited to have her as my gynecologist. I definitely recommend this facility."

"So far my experience has been really amazing with everyone at the location in Lawrenceville. Very pleasant and friendly. Is able to assist on my needs and is a call away. The girls at the front desk is charismatic and I love it. I love when I can laugh and joke with people, it keeps me happy."

"I’m so disappointed in this practice. In October, I went to their website and completed an appointment request for an appointment in November. Because I had not received a call nor a follow up email, I contacted them and was told they didn’t receive a request on their end. However the receptionist proceeded to schedule an appointment with their newest OBGYN, at the Lawrenceville location, for December 20th, 2023 at 1pm. Once again I did not receive a follow up call nor an email to confirm. So I called this morning and once again they did not have me on file. The receptionist stated I was no where to be found and she’s not sure who scheduled my appointment because they do not have openings until February 2024. I’m disappointed for several reasons. First, because I am going through several things right now regarding my body, and probably health wise, I was really looking forward to understanding what’s going on with me and what are the next steps. Second, because I really wanted to try this practice being that it’s woman owned and staffed by majority black doctors and nurses. They probably don’t care, but because of the lack of follow through and poor service, I will not try again. There are several other Black owned practices. Hopefully those of you who are trying to make an appointment are provided the right information and are given the proper assistance."

"This was my first visit to this location. The doctor and receptionist were really nice, pleasant and helpful.(Im an introvert so that’s very important to me). Everybody else not so much. They were not mean just cold. Maybe the snellville location has me spoiled. Everybody is pleasant like they are happy to be at work and happy to help. Even the primary care office was great. I didn’t get that feeling here. Again the doctor and the receptionist were both great! I really do like The Healthy Women."

"I don't like to leave negative comments but this is the first I deal with "disrespectful" staff...I'm on the phone to schedule an appointment and the staff will just put you on hold at every moment, you barely have time to finish your sentence. This is very rude. I understand that you may be dealing with customers in the office or have a lot going on...but there's a way to let someone on the line that you will be right with them...no need to be rude. Please remember you are the first impression before someone decides to book an appointment or not. Management needs to revisit some basic training."
