"Took my son for testing and nothing was done. They sent us instead for xray of his adenoids and tonsils . Never got the results by the way. What they have done is collected my copay 3 times from me over the months. Now they claim I haven’t paid and are trying to send me to collections. Be aware if you make online payments to them."

"I was glad to find an allergist so great few years back, but now ever since they lost their front desk worker rest his soul, it's been awful. Now with the system and updates and employees that don't care, has made going there a real downer. The young lady with the extremely short hair cut has no respect or regard for anyone. She works just enough to get by it seems and acts as if you're on her time. The only time you can find her attending to us(the patients) is when Dr. Westbrooks comes up front which is very sad. If it wasn't for Ms. Mixon today I would've left canceling all appointments. I pray when they move to the new location, they leave the front desks workers there."

"I am not going back. Very disappointed. I waited a very long time to see the doctor (I originally had an appointment over a year ago and the Dr. had emergency surgery and had to reschedule). I waited until he could see me again even though that took a very long time to happen. It wasn't worth the wait. He did not help me find any answers to my food allergies. I left not knowing any more than when I came. I still can't eat certain foods because one or more of them put me in the hospital. I am a vegetarian and these foods are my protein. I told this to the doctor. The Dr. did not seem too concerned about me not having any answers either besides telling me I had to come back. Why come back other than to get more money for another visit. Not happening because I will not go back. I have never left a bad review for any of my physicians ever."
