Jenny and Camp are especially easy to communicate with regarding scheduling and/or paperwork. Very professional yet warm and caring. The electronic clock in/out is easy to use. They are very responsive and flexible to needs of the client."

"The old ownership were horrible also. They had only one good nurse at the time. The other 2 who showed up were terrible. One took a smoking break every 10 minutes and then walked back into the condo until it smelled of cigarette smoke. The other nurse was going to overdose my mother on morphine because she couldn't read the dosage. Luckily moms friend grabbed it from her."

"Some of the caregivers are truly amazing angels. The ownership of the Daphne location has changed recently. My 102yo (bedridden) neighbor pays for 24-hr care and has been without a caregiver for the 2nd time in the past 2 months. The owner does not seem at all concerned that she would be alone in bed for hours until the next shift is supposed to come at 1:00. It is 1:50, no one has arrived or called and the owner of Home Instead has sent my 3 calls to her voicemail. This is a crime! I would never recommend the Daphne Home Instead."
