"Dr. Horne and her staff have been treating our pets for the 5+ years we have lived here. This last doggie event was more serious, and my dog Bella stayed there overnight. The staff is polite and pleasant. Wait times are not long. Bella ate some peanut suet that was on the ground in our backyard and progressively became sicker over a weekend. I called the office early on Monday, and Dr. Horne returned my call quickly. We received an appointment early afternoon, and Bella was retained overnight for observation and medication. Dr. Horne is reasonably priced. Bella was able to return home the next day with clear and detailed instruction. She is back to good health. I am thankful for Dr. Horne and her staff."

"Dr. Horne and her staff have been an absolute pleasure. We've had routine appointments and one last minute or emergency appointments with our dog. They have been able to see her promptly and answer the call for a situation we had just after hours. I really like the way she explains the treatment plans and records them clearly on the paperwork because some times its stressful if your pet is sick, you might forget something. We have moved often and were happy to set some roots here for our dog's care. I was surprised at how thorough the questions I was asked in regards to her file/history and we were able to find better solutions to things going on thanks to Dr. Horne. Her transparency in the diagnosis/treatment plan have been sound, we have never felt like our dog was over treated/over diagnosed. We usually get to skip the pharmacy because the medications are filled there so we just go straight home and begin treatment. The front desk and vet techs are always so engaging and good to our girl as well as the other patients whenever we've been in the office. We have always felt right at home here."

"Dr. Horne was our cat’s vet since she was rescued and came to live with us over sixteen years ago. Most of our experience at her clinic was routine check-ups and boarding. She was only seen otherwise a couple of times, and her care was adequate. Her health was declining the past few months, but she quit eating over a weekend in July. My wife frantically called Dr. Horne on Monday morning and explained the situation. We received a return call several hours later saying that Dr. Horne could see her on Thursday! We were appalled! There was no way we would watch her starve for four days. Thank goodness, we learned of a very compassionate vet who would come to our home. This doctor came to our home that afternoon, and we were able to say goodbye to our long-time companion in the best possible way. We will never understand how Dr. Horne could turn her back on a suffering animal in this way."
