"I wish I could give zero stars. As many others have pointed out, this doctor is extremely unprofessional and exhibits terrible bedside manners. He was very rude, consistently interrupted me, and didn't allow me to speak. I will never return here again."

"The team of dr. Isaac doesn’t care about the patients! I went to see him over a week ago he put me on insulin, my insurance has attempted to contact them with questions 4 times. I personally have called five times with no call back. Insulin is pretty important drug. I had a stroke back in March due to my glucose level being extremely high. Dr. Isaac and his team doesn’t care about the patients it’s so sad. They’ll take your money but will not help or assist in anyway!!"

"I was not impressed with Dr. Isaacs at all. He was very smug and his bedside manner wasn’t great which surprised me because of his accolades, maybe they went to his head? I’m not getting the bloodwork done that he suggested and will use my time to find another doctor. I waited over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and showed up 15 minutes early per their request. My actual visit with him was maybe 10 minutes and very underwhelming."

"Multiple phone calls requesting paper work faxed to Northside hospital since January 29th...finally a message left yesterday. Make an appointmentment to have orders written as time frame too long..this practice is ludicrous"

"I was referred to Dr. Scott Isaacs by another doctor because the previous rheumatologist I was seeing wasn’t doing any monitoring of my hormones. I made an appointment expecting him to want to take labs and see what is going on with my body. I have gained a substantial amount of weight even though I follow a strict diet, I am currently at a calorie deficit and I work out almost every day. When I went in for a consult the first thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that I was asked for payment prior to even seeing the doctor. When I walked into the room I sat in a chair that was up against the wall and there was a desk a few feet away and he came in with his computer and started taking notes based on the things I told him. He informed me that I was not a candidate for weight loss medication since I’m not yet obese. At no point did I ask him for weight loss medication. He informed me that I needed to decrease my calorie input “maybe another 200 calories”. He asked me about my liquid calorie consumption and I told him I have a drink or so when I go out with my friends which is not often. He then proceeded to tell me that I could no longer eat at restaurants. I should not go out for as long as I am trying to lose weight. Solid doctor advice. I then sat on the exam chair and he examined me for a total of 30 seconds and asked if I needed a refill of my medication. I said no and he told me to come back in 6 months. I felt completely defeated leaving that appointment. He was cold and uncaring. He put all the blame on my habits and truly did not care to do any examinations to see if there was anything else going on."
