"Where do I begin, we have been at this practice for 3 years now, since the day we brought our son home from the hospital. We have a 16 month old baby girl who also goes to this practice. Since Dr. Boudreaux isn’t in the office as much, it has gone downhill a lot. The front desk girls are very rude, whenever you call with a question, they put you on hold for two seconds and come back to try to answer a medical question with 0 knowledge. And then only to hear a “you just have to come in.” Parents are busy, we work, we can’t take time off for every little question, I wish a nurse would just come to the phone and address basic concerns. We had made an appt for my daughter, which by the way it’s really hard to get same day appts now, they just advise you to go to Choa and wait 5 hours for something as basic as to check ears, anywho we ended up taking my daughter to children’s ER, and when I called the next morning to tell them I needed to cancel and my daughter was in the ER, the front desk girl just said ok cancelled and hung up. I mean as patients there for years, why not at least ask, is everything ok, would you like to speak to a nurse, do you have questions. I’m so sad but unfortunately we are leaving the practice and going elsewhere due to this, Dr. Boudreaux is amazing, but the front office staff is highly unprofessional and lacks common healthcare knowledge."

"Agree with some of the other reviews in that it was great in the beginning. Loved all the employees there, doctors and medical assistants. We were kicked out of the practice because I disputed an erroneous charge for a service my child never received! Their “Autism Screening” was a sheet of paper with a bunch of questions to fill out. Not once was my child “screened” and I was charged. Jerome, the owner’s husband and “office manager”, never follows up and returns calls. He has his office person, Amanda, fight the fight for him. She’s definitely not understanding/ sympathetic or too friendly quite frankly. It’s clear they care more about making a point and a few dollars than the well-being of my children. Glad we went elsewhere after all."

"We love them all!! They truly listen to my concerns as a parent and even to my child's concerns. They talk my kids through everything they are going to do from listen to their chest, to throat swabs for strep tests and vaccines. We have never had to wait long I think the longest we waited once was 20 minutes to be seen. They don't have all the fancy movies and toys to entertain my kids but we aren't there to be entertained we are there to be seen in and out and I love that this is their focus. They truly care about my kids. Even when we have called super late and ended up having to go to CHOA instead they have called the next day to check on them."

"Our experience was alright for a couple months, then went downhill. They repeatedly kept billing us for vaccines the insurance paid them outright, claiming the insurance never covered them. Once we got insurance on the phone with them to discuss so they'd drop the fraudulent bill, and not send me to collections, they refused to speak to them. After calling me rude for telling them its fraud to bill us after they've already been paid, we made the choice to just document them in case we needed it down the line for a lawyer if they continued to try to collect money from us. We had left the practice several months prior because their building is dirty, they forgot to document a visit that included vaccines, their wait times were extremely long, and there were several instances we called for help with our daughter and were told to just go to Choa (for things like colds, blood sugar. Etc). We were billed for leaving after waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, even when my husband told them he had to go and it was taking too long.. not once did the practice show any kind of humility and own up to any of this, they just repeatedly gave us attitude and tried to collect money. The entire time we were working out this issue, they were more concerned making sure i knew we werent welcome back. I had to remind then we hadnt been in months, we have no desire to go back to a shady practice. The insurance company even stated they were shady. If you can find a pediatrician that's accepting new patients, it's worth it to go there and avoid this place. Once we got to the new pediatrician, we realized just how bad it was at Primary Care Pediatrics."

"The entire team is amazing! They are attentive and truly listen to and address your concerns. I originally brought my oldest to Dr Boudreaux as a second opinion for an issue that was not being addressed, in my opinion, approximately by our provider at the time, and the difference in care was astounding. We saw her that one time and immediately transferred care to her and her team. I cannot recommend this practice enough!"
