"The good doctor's hired help seems to be unable to answer phone on days without end and unable to stay at work during his stated business hours. Hence, driving a long distance to confirm a matter just to find that doctor's office closed at noon today with no recording on phone of change and no answering service is the height of incompetent office management. Maybe the good doctor needs to clean house and start over with new hired help. That doctor needs to reimburse me for my time and expense because of his non-existent management style."

"I would give this Dr a negative star review if it was possible! I went to his practice for more than 10 years. I probably only ever saw him 2-3 times always a NP, zero relationship with Dr. Issa. I have Osteoporosis and noticed on my labs a chronic low level of ALP, when I brought up my concern, to a nurse, she called back to relay a message from Dr Issa that he was not concerned and if I was and wanted further research I could go to another Dr and he could recommend one. I research and found a new Dr who is currently looking into my health concerns closer and trying to figure out why my ALP is so low!"
