"It’s a great class added for my summer workout routine. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I still have a hard time with the shoes on the bike but sure won’t be forever. Class is up beat and great music to keep you pedaling. Wish they had some classes after 10am and before 5pm that’s a huge window of missed opportunities for clients and weekend hrs aren’t that great either. Won’t fit a lot of peoples schedules for sure but it’s a great class to try out if you have the time."
