"I have never done Pilates before taking private lessons with Carla. I absolutely love my hour at this studio! Carla is a beautiful soul and you can tell in the first minutes that she is incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely LOVES teaching. I feel so comfortable with her. Not embarrassed of my performance, my weight gain, my inability to breath during some exercises! ;) She is totally with me and explains things so I understand how the exercises should work and what it is meant to do to my body.
