"Hard to know where to start with this review. I’ve had the best overall experience with this gym. Between the staff, trainers, owners and fellow gym members-I can’t say enough positive things. Each trainer has years of training and expertise to share with the members. They bring the same level of energy and motivation every time. I leave ISI very satisfied after each workout. The front desk staff offer the best customer service. You are greeted with a big smile every time you walk through the doors. The owners are very involved at ISI. They have created a wonderful gym community. We have had the same training team for a while now. As a member, I really appreciate the consistency. All of this goodness trickles down to the members. I feel the best energy and enthusiasm among my fellow peers. Everyone is encouraging and helpful in the best way possible. If you are looking for a new gym, I would consider giving ISI a chance. It's a Great workout that pushes me and Coaches that know when to step in and offer 1 on 1 instruction and push you. "Since I took my first session the end of April '23, I've never been so excited to book a session at least 4xs a week! The coaches work with your form, listen to your goals to help you succeed. Staff is wonderful and people who work out with you are great to be around to push each other. I love the challenges too! I've noticed my clothes fit different, had a small weight loss, but gaining muscle and toning. I scuba dive, so these workouts help my leg and arm strength to put my gear on, carry that heavy tank on your back, and get me up that boat ladder! My friends and family have noticed a difference and how ISI has changed my life! It didn't happen overnight, but working hard is paying off.
