"I have had SUCH an amazing experience working with Josh and the Sweatify family. I came to Josh with a bunch of existing, nagging injuries from previous surgeries, etc. and had been a bit pessimistic about the prospects of finding a gym or a trainer that could help me. He knows when to push you and seems to have a really innate understanding for what needs to be worked or stretched, etc. They have fostered an incredible family environment, where we even bring our kids to come work out with us. "Forever grateful for Sweatify, Josh, and Caitlyn, and for the opportunity to be able to grow there! We came from a corporate gym and it spontaneously shut down. We got in contact with Josh and we were able to start using his space almost immediately. With Sweatify we were able to keep all of our clients/our members/ our friends together and it gave us the freedom we needed to grow (coming from nothing/zero equipment). We ran group sessions and had plenty of equipment to work with there. On top of that the rate was very affordable which was extremely helpful with us just starting out. The space has two separate rooms so we were able to use the group side without having to worry about interfering with Josh’s routine. Or we would make an agreement ahead of time to use the other half and he was always very flexible to do so.
