I previously brought my chopper to a different bike shop that had no idea what they were doing and basically ruined my bike, but minh at venom choppers worked his magic and brought my baby back to life. "WORST PLACE EVER !!! DO NOT GO HERE!! None of the employees or even the owner have basic respect for their customers. They had my bike for a month when originally it was suppose to take 4 days nothing was done after the 4 days they didnt call or tell us any information I reckon customers are on their own to figure out what's going on. I brought my bike there with little problems got it back with 10x more problems. (Loose bolts, missing bolts, brake fluid and scuffs all over my NEW handlebars that I brought, paint scratches all on my bike, rear turn signal fell completely apart after they said they "fixed" it, bike smoking) spent a grand (even though it was suppose to be $650) but they kept re-quoting me. I brought it to Harley Davidson and they quoted me 1200 because they have to rewire my handle bars because VENOM wired everything wrong broke my right turn signal made marks all over my handle bars and my back right turn signal they "repaired" but it broke otw to the shop to show them all the issues I have with the bike since they "fixed" everything. And when we confronted them about the work they did the mechanic Dave screamed and cursed us out and got really defensive when he's the one who screwed my bike all up. Then we waited 30-45 min for the owner to get there so we can talk to him about the issues we had and he was NO help he immediately went on the defense that we were wrong and pretty much we don't know anything we tried to show him the bike to show him what we have issues with and he said no I don't need to see the bike you're wrong not us and he let his employees yap at us the whole time we were trying to explain the problem. Very IMMATURE VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This shop needs to be closed down! DO NOT GO HERE !"

"Beyond satisfied with my service. Had new wheel bearings and tires put on through Venom and I will say, I am very happy with the outcome. My bike has no more speed wobble, got the exact tires I wanted plus new wheel bearings and she picks up to 80 mph in no time. I love how nice the guys are at this shop. I will forever be a returning customer. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my bike!!!!! Listen, these guys are busy. If you’re on a wait for a bike repair, understand they only have so many mechanics to do the jobs that can easily turn into long ones. This is not a fast food service… Nothing but respect for Venom.
