Under the leadership of Rebecca L. (Becky) Norris, the Gulf County Clerk of Court and Comptroller, we uphold the responsibilities outlined by the Florida Constitution to ensure a robust system of checks and balances at the county level.

Our office is dedicated to serving the public in three main capacities: as the Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts, Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, and County Recorder. During special initiatives like Operation Green Light, we offer Gulf County residents opportunities to address suspended driver licenses by paying overdue court obligations, including traffic tickets, at a reduced cost of up to 40 percent. Additionally, our free recording notification service, established under Sections 28.47(1) of the Florida statutes, allows residents to receive automated alerts about their recorded documents.
