"After attending the Creek Festival, I'm happy to express how wonderful the experience was. I had amazing conversation with Cindy, the Chief's wife. She told about the new cultural center. She is so sweet and willing to be helpful. No sense of unwantedness in her presence. The cultural building has beautiful mural sized art. Sound boxes use some great tech to explain many different things to the visitor. The word wall is exceptional. With a sound box to help with pronunciation. It's currently small, but looks like they are in the middle of great things! I cant wait to see what is added. The dancing circle was fun. So many beautifully dressed individuals. And these same individuals were so lovely for conversations. The drumming was definitely on beat. And the singing was enchanting. There was a wide selection of vendors with native arts and other items. The fry bread and corn were delicious. Mvto for the wonderful memory."
