"Fish was raw so I took it back only to get my money back.. and the portion of fries they give, my son could eat more… terrible terrible food and service… well the food is good whenever someone cooks it with a little bit of care… just go to the location on hwy 29 in Pensacola, it’s 20x better then this one… I’ve even gave them more opportunities only for the same thing to happen."

"I have had not eaten Captain Ds in over 20 years. I tried on Sunday dec 17th 2023 and was disappointed in the food. The fires, shrimp, fish and Cole slaw. A Big NO. I am hoping for a return of good food in the near future to this restaurant chain. Respectfully. Vern"

"I like the food, especially the battered fish dipped in malt vinegar. The service was very quick since they weren't busy at the time. The restaurant was clean, but the black stains on the white ceiling tiles are off-putting to me. The roof or air ducts need to be sealed better."

"Good food. I love me some Captain D's, but this place needs to be inspected and shut down IMMEDIATELY. You can smell the mold right when you walk in. It's all over the ceiling, and it is apparent from the overgrowth of the grass that an intervention is going to be needed before anything is done about it. We were in there about ten minutes waiting on food, and I had to pull out my inhaler. Frankly, I feel bad for the youngins working in there, for they have to breathe that stuff in all day."
