"When Mobile Mini first delivered our storage container, I water tested and noticed leaks all over the interior of the unit. The owner was quick to respond and bring a different unit out. The second unit didn't leak water after water testing...or so we thought...and we proceeded to move all of our belongings into the new unit. Well about 2 months ago, we noticed a strong mold/mildew smell coming out of the unit when we opened the door to get something out of the unit. Upon further inspection, we noticed item after item covered in mold/mildew. I looked around and noticed leaks in multiple areas and items soaked in water. In the end, we had to dispose of 2 dump trailers full of our family's belongings, including our 5 kids' clothes, toys, books, and memories. We tried to salvage what we could but we have a kid with sever asthma, and it's just not worth the risk to bring anything questionable into our home for that very sake. Well, here we are going on 3 months later and we still have yet to hear from anyone regarding our issue. We claimed a lot of our damaged items with our insurance as this company made sure to have us sign a waiver of liability for our property being stored in the unit. That alone should've been a red flag not to use this company...fooled me. I do not view this issue as resolved though. I paid good money to keep my items "safe" in this storage container, and the service I paid for failed me and my family. I would like a refund for all the money I wasted that ultimately led to almost my entire household of items destroyed and in the dump. When the driver came to pick up the pod, I noticed that several areas of the pod were so rusted through, the pod was crumbling in large chunks. Update: They had agreed to file an insurance claim for our lost items, but then became unresponsive to phone calls, emails and texts."

"Mobile Mini was definitely the right choice for our construction site storage. Everyone we have spoken to there has been very professional and scheduling was a breeze. When the unit was delivered our driver was Rick. He was very positive, professional, and is an exceptional driver. The site was uncleared with very tight spaces between trees and his skill level was impressive. Great job Rick!"
