"I would give this quack ZERO stars if I could. Brought an elderly neighbor in to have a wound on her foot looked at. Guidry never got closer than eight feet of the wound and said it was a flesh eating bacteria and she needed to go to the nearest hospital. Drove to Physicians Regional where they said she did NOT have a flesh eating bacterial infection, but a wound that had gotten infected and are treating her with IV antibiotics. This guy should not be practicing medicine. Please beware!!!"

"Have been a patient for 3 years. Always a hassle to get scripts filled. Fax machine doesn’t work. Doesn’t respond to CVS on scripts that have to be reauthorized. Terrible communications. Unprofessional staff. I finally had enough. Found a new doctor. ——————— I’m responding to Dr. Guidry’s response shown below. First - I’m on Medicare and don’t have a bill from Guidry. Second - I called on the phone and did not go to the office so any suggestion that I drink in the morning or was intoxicated is absurd. This response is proof positive of the unprofessional conduct of Dr. Guidry and his office."

"I have been in a para medical profession since 1968. I was suffering from cold/flu like symptoms and wanted to be seen by a physician while on Marco. I was provided an appointment with Dr Guidry in a most reasonable time. He was professional, through and diagnosed my ailments. Wrote me scripts and instructed me to return if I didn’t get better within the next week. I will seek his medical advice again as needed."
