"If you like being treated sternly, like a child, this is the place for you. New patients not showing up 30 minutes prior with their paperwork already filled out will be sent home. "It's the principle of the matter, right? You should have been here 30 minutes early. Too bad if you took time off work and made the trek, we don't mind eating the unused appt." Oh, and by the way, don't think that you can get your labs done beforehand. You have to be seen first ... then go out to get the labs ... then come back again so that your issues can be diagnosed."
