"I went to the office with a bad stye. I was injected that day, with steroid to help and explained the process. I was rescheduled for 5 weeks later. I was told I probably will still have the stye and need to drain it or inject it again, if I still had the stye. Well I arrived and waited over an hour past my scheduled time to see the doctor!! Guess my time doesn't matter. Then I get the same tests I did 5 weeks prior. Then the doctor sees the stye and says yes we need to drain it. Then the nurse said we don't have time today. WOW the only reason I had the appointment was to work on the stye. So I know have to go back and be billed for another visit!! This is unethical. There was no reason to have the appointment, to tell me what they did the first time and to not get the procedure I was there for!!"

"First of all, I am not someone who likes to leave negative reviews. This is the first public review by myself that is not 5 stars. I made an appointment to check there was nothing seriously wrong after recently noticing vision loss in one of my eyes that had previously suffered a chemical eye burn. After my experience with Dr. Julie Carter today, I will not be returning for any future eye care here. Dr. Carter was in and out of the room in under 5 minutes and gave the impression of not caring and not wanting to be there at all. I've never before had a doctor brush off any and all questions so quickly and by using phrases such as "it's too complicated to explain" or "you're too young to understand" (in my early 30s). My 72 year old mother, who has seen ophthalmologists since she was 20 due to her vision and came with me to my appointment, was just as taken aback as myself. As we left, she said that it was the worst experience she's ever had with an ophthalmologist in her entire life. I do want to mention that the optician I saw just beforehand was excellent - I wish I had caught her name so I could publicly acknowledge her here and thank her again for being so great today."

"My last visit to center for sight is my last. Last year, I had my cataracts removed and corrective lenses placed in my eyes for which I was happy to pay for the upgrade. Last week’s appointment was for my follow up in which I was informed that the new lenses are cloudy, and that I needed to have Laser surgery to remove the haze. So I scheduled my appointments. Much to my surprise, the next day I received a call from the finance office asking how I intended to pay my $1100 out of pocket. The reason I was so surprised is that I specifically asked twice during my appointment if there were any additional cost and was assured there was not."
