ONLY COMPLAINT: Fix website, none of those areas we have to choose from are collier or florida. Just FYI was trying to do it online so I was forced to call."

"I am from NY. I had a leg injury during my stay in Naples, FL and was asked to get an MRI. I had the MRI done at 260, Ninth Street, in Naples, FL. I must say, the place is clean, welcoming and as soon as I opened the front door, I felt like, I entered a well kept home in Naples, FL. The Receptionist was calm, polite and welcoming. I was taken inside within a few minutes by a technician and once again, I noticed the MRI room also very clean. The technician was kind, polite, courteous, competent and was not distracted at all. He also remained calm and was seated next to me the entire time, giving updates. All in all, the experience I had, was remarkable, that day. A few days later, I was asked to get an Ultrasound. Again, I went to this same location and everything I experienced that day, was exactly like the previous time. The technician, once again was kind, compassionate, polite, competent and performed the Ultrasound well. Indeed, another superb technician.The Receptionist answered all of the questions and was respectful. During all of this, I also came into contact with an amazing Supervisor (Dana Titus), who intervened when a question came up regarding my insurance. In my opinion, Dana is the "gold standard" of customer service. She intervened within minutes, responded to emails within minutes and informed me that she had addressed the issue and I should not be concerned. In closing, my personal experience with Proscan Imaging (Naples, FL), has been rewarding. Obviously, these men and women, I came into contact with, clearly understood what patient care is all about and performed admirably. It is my feeling that this company is very well run, with the leadership understanding the need for compassionate care when dealing with patients. "Just wanted to thank the staff for all their help and patience. I am a snowbird from Canada and I am not by any means a lover of MRIs. The open MRI machine certainly helped. I was in need of two scans, made it through the first one but I just didn’t think I could a second time. They were so awesome, the technician(wish I got her name) said I could re book another day or time no problem. Naomi was great and re booked me with pleasure, and gave me a disc of my scan right away. On my way home I got a call with my results, unbelievable. In Canada we have wait times for test like these and forget about being able to re book. SWF is lucky to have a company like ProScan. If your not a lover of MRIs this is your best option.
