"My NP has been pleasant, but I’ve had terrible experience after terrible experience with the office staff. I’ve worked in the healthcare field before, and this front office is incredibly inefficient. Not sure if they are understaffed or what, but there’s no excuse for the errors and unprofessional behavior that is consistently shown."

"Not one for reviews. This doctors office is the most unprofessional and unorganized office I have ever been to. My appointment was at 3:15 and I didn't see the doctor until a whole hour passed by. Trying to get a hold of this office feels impossible. The doctors here are not very helpful at all. Unfortunately because of my insurance at the moment they are covered and in my area. But I absolutely do. It recommended seeing this doctor. If I could put less then one star I would."

"The girl at the front desk is so incredibly rude and it’s not even funny. And any job I’ve ever had if I treated people like that, I would be fired. She should be. And there’s no organization in that office. If you called or they pick it up and hang up. They say that you could leave a message but there’s no way to.l am so incredibly frustrated. My insurance changed and they could have seen me based on this insurance, but they chose not to because they’re not gonna take that insurance after November 1. I was there in October. They should’ve taken me and seen me now I am struggling to find an endocrinologist quickly because I’m out of supplies. I would not suggest anybody go there."

"Almost everyone here are terrible. The lady here charge me $250 for this visit. I call my insurance they told me Florida blue insurance are cover this all I need to pay will be just $5. But this stupid lady charge me $250 because she never updated my new insurance into her computer. I told her when I arrive during first visit at January 23rd and she updated my insurance after my visited the doctor so she freaking charge me $250 for this. My Florida blue is activated at 01/01/2023 She told me if my insurance cover this the money will refund but this has been 7 weeks now. I still didn’t see no refund. So I went in to talk to that stupid lady. But that lady making a fake story today. She told me some patients even if they have insurance they still have to pay $250 for the first visit. This stupid lady Are making any time of stories. I told her I got Florida blue insurance and this insurance cover this visit So I only need to pay $5. If this stupid lady had updated my new insurance then this will not even happen. If patient need to pay $250 for a visit why will I need my medical insurance for. So then I went to another office at fort myers that lady told me my Florida blue does cover this visit. The lady at fort myers told me it was that lady at bonita spring who didn’t updated my new insurance when I first visited. So the lady at fort myers told me to call this doctor’s billing department and report this case to them. The lady at fort myers told me even if I pay cash that visit is not even $250. Hahaha. The doctor here are terrible he told me to take some medicine for weeks. But then I went to tampa moffit center I show the surgeon doctor that this doctor told me to take this medicine but moffit center doctor said these medicine are after my surgery. But I didn’t do my throat surgery yet. What a terrible office I’ve never seen any doctors office that are below 2.5 rating."

"Had the pleasure of waiting over 2 hours to have my mother-in-law see this doctor. Very great-full for the opportunity to watch the incompetent and impersonal front office staff handle their customers. I watched 4 patients fumble with the so called easy self check-in process. Three customers came into the office to make appointments and stated they can never get anyone to answer the phones. One of these patients actually waited for 45 minutes just to change an appointment. Fantastic gossip in the waiting room! “I waited 3 hours once”. “I waited 2 hours only to find out that my samples were sent to the Fort Myers office”. “It’s always like this every visit.” You can’t pay for this humor! Dr Fernandez I recommend you institute a survey/feedback/ suggestion lockable box in your waiting room. You may find some great insights if you care! I only wish this survey allowed for zero stars! Thank you again for taking over 2 hours of my life and the worst doctors office visit experience ever!"
