"The front desk staff were very rude to me. I have a sore throat and asked to reschedule so I wouldn’t get them sick, and they were very mean and not understanding. You can clearly hear in my voice I have a sore throat and they said I can now never come in and bullied me and hung up on me. I am totally shocked they treat clients this way with no compassion or understanding. I am seeking a long term neurologist and if the doctor knew the full story surely he would reschedule.
