"This place is absolutely ridiculous. I loved med express and had been there a handful of times. But after being bought out to MD now, it’s a total mess. I went in today in the morning filled out all the paper work, and when I turned it in the lady at the front desk said there was over two hour wait. I asked if they would text me when it was my turn, like it used to be done before, and she said I would have to fill out the registration online in order to be able to leave and get the alerts. I did the online registration 11am, and a few minutes later i got called that my time to be seen was now 5pm. I said ok and waited. When i got the alert 4:20pm that the Dr was ready to see me i immediately went to the office. When i got there at 4:30pm the lady at the front desk said there was a 2hr wait! I left at 6:30pm without seeing a Dr. there were patients that left before me in pain to the ER because they had also waited for hours to be seen. There is only one Dr at the facility. So unless you want to sit and wait all day. Go somewhere else."

"From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The check in process online made it easy get on to their wait list. The facility was clean and well organized and all the employees were welcoming. I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner, Veronica Trubina. She was very friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about my condition and took her time to educate me and answer my questions. I would recommend MD NOW to anyone who is in need of immediate medical attention."

"I had great care. I waited almost an hour only because I didn’t realize I could check in online. It was very helpful to get a checkup when I needed it. I would recommend. The Dr and staff where great."

"Total waste of time. Went one evening late enough that pharmacies would be closed. I knew this and expected to have to wait until the morning to get a prescription if I was given one. The doctor did give me a prescription but failed to inform me that it was over the counter. Upon going to the pharmacy the next day and being met by a confused pharmacist who pointed me towards the over the counter section, I was very mad at this urgent care doctor. I don't mind being told all I need is something over the counter, but why not tell me so I could've gotten it right after my urgent care visit to begin feeling better. It's worth your drive to go somewhere else."
