"I love Dr. Mackie! However, her daughter being the manager is killing her business. I arrived 10 min late (after calling to let them know) & she gave my appt away, saying that they only see pt's within a 10 min time frame, and I walked in 11 min after. Keep in mind, I had an infant with me that I had to get out of the car. There was no compassion whatsoever. Being a nurse, as well as a mother, I do not understand how she could treat someone that way. I know I'm not the first"
