"Great team of doctors and staff. Top quality care!!"
"Dr Frantz spends the time with you that you need! Individualized care with a great staff. Especially Amanda O!"
"Dr. Johnson is amazing! I give her 5 stars ⭐️ Best eye exam I ever had. Takes her time and very thorough. I would definitely recommend her!!"
"Loved Dr. Johnson! She took the time to thoroughly explain to me why certain Rx glasses (lined vs. progressive, etc.) would be best for me. Also, gave me some great (inexpensive) ideas to help combat my dry eye. In addition, the Optical Department (Ellie) was very helpful when I was picking out my frames. She made sure I stayed within my budget and did not try to upsell everything. Love my new glasses."
"This is a money mill. 1) I was seeing 1 Dr for dry eyes and another Dr for cataract and lens implement. They were constantly changing my 2nd Dr and I objected. I explained that I wanted one dr who was familiar with ME and I had to space my appts because I couldn't afford to have 2 $50 copays within a couple of weeks. Woman at desk told me to see just "one Dr since they all do the same thing anyway." 2) I signed papers saying they could use their fancy new inject in the eye antibiotic to reduce chance of infection. Surgeries were 1 week apart (do one eye at a time) and I got infection in each eye withing days of surgery. I was extremely careful but got infection anyway. 3) I had 2 appointments where they said I owed co-pay but mgr said that was a mistake and I wasn't to pay it. I kept getting bills and was told to call the billing office who told me to talk to med office. I was refused appointments soI had to pay $100 for visits that were part of my surgery pkg. 3) Having an enhancement to lens implants was guaranteed if I reported the problem before 3 mo. I reported it my next visit. Then told that because I had dry eyes, they coudnt fix it right now. I had dry all my life. They knew this. Why did they do the implants if they knew dry eyes would be a problem? 4) I had afternoon appt and arrived on time. I was in waiting room and seen by techs but not seen by dr until 1 1/2 hrs after my appt. Dr said I was his favorite patient because I was the last patient of the day. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and out the door. Other staff answered my questions while I watched Dr rush out door to parking lot. NEVER NEVER NEVER going back. I still need the eyelid correction they were to do for my peripheral vision and the enhancement I have already paid for but I will NOT go back. BEWARE."
