"People were very helpful and friendly. I was in from out of town and needed to do a drug test for a new job back home. I called and asked if it was possible to do my drug test here instead of waiting until I returned to my home state. Fortunately I was able to. Was in and out in a timely manner. Their computer system was slow and that's the only reason I give it a 4 star."

"Worse place I could have ever been. It took over a hour to get me back for urinalysis and physical. Then I give enough urine for two drug test and they said it wasn’t enough. It was close to closing time and told me if I couldn’t produce then it would be a refusal. So I walked out. Also all the staff did the whole time 5 or more setting at the front desk just laughing and having a good time with a room full of patients. So unprofessional."

"Jennifer at the front desk was simply the best! Helped me find authorization form from employer, sent me pages I had to fill out and return so efficiently I had to thank and commend her each step. The whole visit took minutes of my time. I was here on vacation getting pre- employment blood work, which was denied me in my home state of Massachusetts because that person could not find authorization etc and wasted 2 hrs of my time . Again, Jen was great as was the woman who drew my blood. Many thanks"

"I have been dealing with a workers comp injury for months and finally got transferred over to this Concentra facility recently. Dr. Giang has been fantastic in finding every treatment option we can. I know this injury can take a very long time to cure but that hasn't stopped him from constantly trying to see what else we can do. This is an enormous and beautiful new facility. I have now been to it a few times and have always been welcomed by friendly staff. Christie has helped me multiple times and she is so full of energy and an absolute ray of sunshine"
