Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Morales graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Medical School in San Juan and completed his residency at the Ponce School of Medicine/Damas Hospital Consortium, where he was honored with the Distinguished Resident Award. Prior to joining Island Doctors, he played a pivotal role in overseeing Health Evaluations at the comprehensive internal medicine practice of Julio E. Geraldino, M.D. in Yauco, Puerto Rico.

Dr. Morales is fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and compassionate communication with a diverse range of patients. Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys road cycling and cyclocross racing, activities that reflect his dedication to health and well-being.
