"I have been to two neurosurgeons and countless chiropractors, including acupuncture to deal with chronic neck pain. Due from an accident many years ago I have a disc bulge At C4 through C6. Dr Kollias advised me not to get surgery and try decompression method first to see if that helps alleviate my symptoms. so far I have done two sessions. The plan is to get three decompression per week for one month and go from there. The cervical decompression itself is not painful. It is very relaxing and you are done in about 20 minutes. The initial consultation to review my MRI images images is of no charge. he really takes the time to listen and talk to you and I did not feel rushed. services are not Insurance covered. But the price is very reasonable. I opted not to get chiropractic adjustments, massages, or ice massages as extra treatment methods and solely focuse on the cervical decompression to see how well that works. Laura is also a gem to work with. She is very pleasant and explains things well. She had an accident at a young age and after finding permanent relief with the decompression machine, she decided to train on how to use it to help others. Unfortunately I cannot speak as highly for the front desk. Namely, the younger girl who always answers the calls and checks me out . I’m sure she has been with the office for a while, but definitely needs to have a have an attitude check . Upon my first visit, I was so impressed and decided to schedule my next 3 visits for the following week. When I called the Monday morning, she stated she does not see me in the system. I gave her my name three more times and asked her to check. She simply said “oh it was scheduled for next week” then nothing but silence. after no apologies or acknowledgment of her wrongdoing I asked her to please schedule my three appointments for the correct week. “That’s what I’m doing right now !” Speaking to her is almost like speaking to my 16-year-old teenager sadly. She doesn’t listen or do things correctly and when I ask any questions, she snaps at me with an attitude and answers in a short brief way. As minimally engaged as possible, I’m not sure why an unhappy person would stay at a job that discredits such a wonderful doctor and facility. Upon check out I was met with the opposite of “caring, responsive attitude that will put you at ease” . I think if I have to deal with this person for the rest of my visits, I’m not sure that I will be back so hopefully this review finds its way to the owner or management of the office. You’re more than welcome to give me a call to discuss. I am 100% on customer service of the business as a whole. Especially when I am paying Out of pockets weekly that is equal to my toddlers Preschool tuition."
