"Im not one to write a review but i wouldn’t recommend working here at all. While working here the MA’s and Medical Receptionist for 13235 location are amazing as well as the doctors. But to work here as a whole is absolutely terrible. Ive never seen a company have more drama and gossip than being at a high school. You’ll constantly hear people talk about one another, don't even get me started on the office manager here she will either talks about you or be bias and pick favorite’s. You have to really watch who you talk to because it goes around the office. For example you can tell someone you’re leaving work early and then it'll some how get changed to you never came into work. Don’t even get me started on if you're having issues/concerns you wanna address 9 times out of 10 you cant to the office manger because some how whatever issue you're having she already heard from someone else or it gets switched up and then depending on how much she likes you determines how she handles whatever the situation is or she’ll then in return becomes bias etc. Thats not a boss lmao. They also will hold meetings about what ever your concern is but you cant speak your mind about what’s going on because when you try to they okay you to death, or if you have a issue for example with whats going on around the office and you say whatever your hearing is hear-say you then get some bs excuse from them because they have no real proof to even bring up. You’re supposed to be able to act like a adult and talk about things but no one can. People accuse and make horrendous accusations but no one has proof on anything they bring up . No ones approachable. Squirrels could be better bosses honestly. The doctors are great but its a poor company to work for. If you ever work here my best advice is to just don’t talk to anyone unless you absolutely have to."

"I have been going to see Dr Laman since she came to Access Health Care on 52 in Hudson, Fl. She’s very attentive, smart and has helped me more than any doctor. She’s also not a pill pusher. I see her every 3 months, blood work is done and the entire building is hers! All of Dr Laman’s staff are personable, they look happy to be there. I always get someone on the phone when I call, setting appointments is a breeze too. There are other doctors there who specialize in other issues and nurse practitioners. The office manager, Mary, is just the nicest person. Everyone loves her too! If you need a primary caregiver, I highly recommend Dr Jennifer Laman. A Dr that truly cares about her patients and spends time with them. None of that 15 minute in and out. And, you don’t have to wait long from the time you enter, to get to your room and to be seen."

"Wonderful caring staff, all of them. They noticed a non physical issue, encouraged me to fix it, and gave me the little boost I needed to move forward. Unfortunately I moved out of their area but I would highly recommend them. And thank you to all the staff there. I wanted you to know I'm doing good."

"I've been to the walk-in clinic here twice and seen the same grumpy doctor guy both times. If you don't mind being talked down to, demeaned, and generally made to feel like your health problems are a hassle for this guy, then you should be fine here. If, however, you want maybe some empathy, compassion and comfort then you should go somewhere else because this guy doesn't seem to have any, and he makes it pretty clear that he wouldn't bother even if he did. Go somewhere else."

"I have been going to this office since December 2019. My first appointment I saw Dr. Laman. Good visit, not rushed. My next appointment in April, thinking I was seeing the doctor, was with a PA. Was not told of the switch. At the end of the appointment, the PA asked if I prefer to see the doctor at my next appointment and I said yes. When the office called to confirm my September appointment, I ask if I was seeing the doctor, the girl said no and was very rude about it and, even upon insisting because I had some health concerns, it didn't happen. The PA was very nice and attentive to my concerns, so I decided I'd accept seeing her in the future. I told her about my concerns so she (through the doctor), ordered some tests. Tests were done in October. November rolled around and had not heard from the office about the tests. I called, and they said they didn't have them yet. 5 minutes later, the PA called me. Apparently, they did have one of them. She said she would call me when they had the other one. As of this review, I still haven't received that call. It's like they don't even care. It is very concerning that Dr. Laman refused to see me and that my health concerns are not important enough to call me with results of tests. I am not one to post a review, and I apology for the length but had to in this case. I do not recommend this office."
