"These apartments are wayyy over priced for the lack of modern appliances and cramped apartment. Not to mention it doesn’t matter how much you bleach or clean there’s a crazy amount of bugs (wasp, water bugs, roaches, and mites) that come into the apartment (could be bc I was by the trees not sure??) only reason I’m putting three stars is bc maintenance rocked in these conditions. My rent was 1,165 for a one bedroom but down the street in Crystal Lake apartments for a two bedroom is 1,398 which is extremely worth it plus they have modern appliances personally would check out those than to be stuck in a 12 month lease here. (That’s my experience with living here for 1 1/2 years)"
"I highly recommend sandlewood it’s a beautiful property.. The manager Stacy she is hands on every question or need you will have. She is very professional in every way. And maintenance is on site everyday for all your needs .. Pool is clean and maintained and Gym.. This is a Five Star property and more…."
