"Dr. Wu has been our family physician for over 10 years. She saved my mother's life by detecting her colon cancer and having her hospitalized for treatment. She saw my mother everyday she was in the hospital. I work in health care, and I can't say many PCP's do that these days. Dr. Wu can be blunt and assertive with patients but it is only because of her truly caring about their well-being. She is also very ethical and she will tell you if something is possible or beneficial. She spends a lot of time with her patients ensuring their needs are met which yes sometimes results in long wait times. I rather wait a long time than only be seen 10 minutes, barely listened to and then having practices fraudulently billing my insurance company like so many practitioners do these days. Some of the reviews on here I believe to be fabricated because we know Dr. Wu really well now and I cannot bring myself to believe some of the things being written. People should be careful about the bad energy and deeds they put out in the world. Dishonesty can lead to a lot of problems in life. It is a shame to see that some people are so irresponsible and lazy. Dr. Wu is a good doctor, please take what you read with a grain of salt. I would encourage anyone who has had a positive relationship with Dr. Wu to write a review to that fact. I don't usually go out of my way to review people but like I said, Dr. Wu saved my mom's life and it saddens me to see that this is happening. I hope the person doing this gets help! On another note there is entirely new office staff here and they are all very kind and trying their best. Another reason that I find these reviews very suspicious."

"I’m so sorry to say I’ve had to leave this practice. I loved Dr. Wu as a person, but the front office is a mess and it takes anywhere from 2-3 hours to be seen because they double and triple book, so if you go, you better clear your schedule. But the end for me was when it took them 211 days to get my medical records to my life insurance people because there is one person to do this and they only work two days a week and I had to hound them for months and then eventually was denied and my case closed. Now I have to start all over again with lesser life insurance, which affects my family. PSA: You are affecting peoples’ lives with your lack of organization."
