"Modivcare for transportation is awful this is not accessible to people with disabilities you can't do anything online and ride scheduling is only available Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM we need weekend service for call ins and how about allowing your members to schedule transportation rides to medical and routine services through the UHC app directly. It's truly a shame especially since some of the counties in Florida have no transportation services at all. Lots of folks to be without meds and necessary routine services due to these simple fixes."

"I am Currently enrolled with United Health Care and Currently I'm trying to switch company's from my last Job to the the next but no one seems to know how to it. So what's the point of having a company that when you contact they keep transferring you to different states and people that have no clue how to do it, but it's very simple just close my last Job company and replace it with my new employment company. So if I had a choice right now I would 100% not go through this company again for ever since they don't know how to do a simple job."

"Deserves a zero. I have never had to work so hard for my own insurance that I pay for. They do not submit letters to providers despite saying they do, I find countless errors in their claims after they have tried to deny claims I find tbeir errors and they re-work them, good providers won't even work with them anymore and out of network claim submittals are a nightmare. They made it more difficult I believe to reduce how many folks are willing to give it a go."

"If I could rate this 0 stars... I would. Absolutely poor excuse for an insurance company. I pay a lot of money and for NOTHING. This insurance company is a joke, I called to find a primary doctor and was told by several that they have never heard of the plan I have. When I finally found someone that took the insurance, they told me they were not taking new patients until 6 months from now. I injured my knee and need an MRI done, scheduled with an imaging place that takes my insurance and had to reschedule the apt three times as I waited for the insurance to approve the MRI request. Finally, the insurance denied my apt so I have to pay for the MRI out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY."

"Worst insurance company I have ever experienced. They are slow for everything. I had to get an operation and they waited till the day before the operation to let us know we had to come up with 1,700$. Because they weren’t going to cover it. After the operation we had to wait 3 days to get the pain medication the doctor prescribed. At that point the doctor didn’t even want me to take the prescription medicine. I was left to suffer the excruciating pain while this company sat and did nothing. Would not recommend under any circumstances."
