"Thank you Dr. Pate and team for taking good care of me through surgery! My 1st visit was with Katie S & Dr. Pate a couple of weeks ago and I was very impressed- they take CT scan images of your sinuses and ears as soon as you arrive (obviously painless, it’s like having a photo taken), Katie S (PA-C) spent ample time with me going over my X-rays and she scoped my sinuses and ears and showed me on a large screen what was going on. (I’ve had ear and sinus issues for a while now and had been dismissed by another ENT at a completely different practice.) I felt that Katie S and Dr. Pate were patient with me and had empathy for my situation. Special shout out to Chelsea for helping ease my nerves with all my pre-op questions and jitters. Fast forward, yesterday was my ear and sinus surgery with Dr. Pate and it went very well. Dr. Pate made me feel at ease every step of the way, and talked me through the procedure. "My experience with Dr Pate and the amazing staff at the office has been comforting and supportive. I’m new to having an HMO plan and it requires extra steps to get the covered care I need. My hearing loss was sudden and because I work in healthcare, I went to worst case scenarios. Jessie, Julia and McKenzie are great communicators. My first visit, Uri made me feel at ease while using the advanced technology machines to scan my head. And then Katie came in to provide information of my test in a way I was able to understand. Uri then helped me set up my procedures and going over the process with visuals. The day of my procedure Kaylin and Chelsea helped me get settled in and made me comfortable.
