"These people have to be some of the most rude individuals I've ever met. I walked in for an exemption form after calling and being told it's just a form and I did not need an appointment. The Hispanic lady at the front window gave such an attitude and snapped immediately saying "take a ticket" I said before I take a ticket, I was told to just come and pick up a form, is this the right office? She said like I said, take a ticket. The girl at the window I was called to never once said hello, she complained and the other window workers the entire time. It's complete disarray. There is no rhyme or reason and not one single person is pleasant. 3 hour wait to pick up a paper that can be printed and handed to me......pure insanity"

"If I could give less than a star, I would give it to Pesomo instead of what the health department is. I am pregnant and I went because I didn't have Medicare and I needed a temporary Medicare until I had one to check me because I was having pain and here they told me what the hell. There they did not give any temporary medicare and they could only give me a pregnancy test. I left very frustrated because another pregnant woman was the one who told me to go there that could resolve my situation. That afternoon I go to the children and family department to request a I will go to meficare and there they will help me. The very thing I go to the health department is that they are going to give me temporary medicare. I am coming back to Aya because I need to resolve my situation and that lady at window 1 who went to the musma didn't help me in the morning. the pregnancy test and they tell me that they don't give temporary medicare that I should go to a hospital that's where they give temporary medicare. And I haven't been able to check up with the doctor because of this jump and jump and I have a lot of pain and I didn't dare go to the hospital Because since I don't have Medicare, if they charge me, I don't have the money to pay for all that. Because of the bad job of the lady at the window, I'm in trouble. I had this job. That's not all. Today, I called again. I have what I could do for my situation and The girl who helped me was very attentive when she reviewed my case and it came out that she had not asked me and I had said that I already had Medicare and that was not the case. That's why if I could give her less than 20 stars I would give it to her."
