"This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I work in the medical field the staff was very unprofessional. They did not check alarms and monitors, which were critical in my case at least. One nurse, named Scott, came in and while I was asking a question with my back turned he just stabbed me with a shot no explanation did not know what it was.And while I was to have puried food they gave rice and pepper steak , even though I rather have that my throat was closing up could not eat that there was much more but..."
"Came in at 11pm and was out by 1230 all better. I thought I had a bowl obstruction and I ended up going myself after 11 days. I think the IV helped. Lindsay was my nurse and she was my favorite of my life. The CT man was so nice and so was my NP. Thank you for showing urgency and care."
"Everyone was attentive and respectful, however you had three people come in with their cart and asked me the same exact questions. I knew it was a rib issue and you were going to give me something for pain. You didn't and your reasoning to me from the nurse was, "you can't drink water before an x-ray." That was a bit of hubris relating to her thinking that gray hair equals stupidity. I was second in line when I got there and there were seven or eight people that went past me for treatment. There are circumstances when that is absolutely necessary but in these cases it was not. Then I was told that "we need to put you in a room." I took that as you are trying to milk money from the VA. At that point I told the nurse I'll be here for the next 15 minutes if I'm not treated, I'm leaving and I'll sign the necessary release you have. Donald Blackwell"
"Excellent care. Fast ER visit. PA came out to waiting area to see me and put in orders before I was seen by the Nurse so XRay would already be pending! Very smooth process and all employees from the triage desk to admitting to my RN and the PA and Dr were friendly and helpful."
