"Wish my sister would leave this Dr. She went for a year complaint of no feeling in her toes and feet, refused to send to podiatrist. Sister is severely diabetic yet hasn't been referred to endocrinologist, heart problems but only got a cardiologist after her foot was close to being amputated and had to get her admitted in hospital. This Dr thinks she's God and can handle everything. My sister almost died recently because this Dr wouldn't even review the labs being drawn by home health. Thankfully the podiatrist caught it as her potassium was 6.6 by the time she reached the Hialeah it was 7.6. Thank God for our home health nurse Marie. Go here only if you're trying to get your family's life insurance collected"
"Wish you could go lower on ratings, if so, I'd personally give them negative stars. At first it looks like they listen and care, but they really don't. They talk down to you, insult you and in such a sick way that you'd wonder if they took a special course in gaslighting abuse. My boyfriend deals with chronic pain due to past injuries and he asked them a question about a pain medication, thinking it was non-narcotic which he was wrong on, but instead of simply saying "that's a narcotic, but lets figure something else out" since he was looking for something that WASN'T narcotic the doctor tells him he needs to seek mental help and that he's addicted... Very unprofessional and disgusting. My boyfriend isn't addicted when he's purposefully looking for some other way to deal with his constant pain since Florida thinks Ibuprofen is a fix all. DO NOT go here."
"This Doctor's rating should be all fives. I have bad PTSD no stupid psych Dr can diagnose me. They r stupid. I have chronic pain and she is the only one who figured it out along with Dr. durai. I walked in her office I had no appt but she said come in my office and helped me. Kudos Dr. G"
"Dr Morrareddy and most of her staff helped me handle an emergecy medical problem while i was out of state. They got my required meds i needed the very night i called and i received follow up calls to check on my condition. Thanks guys for going above and beyond to see me through this trying time."
"Nightmare of an experience. The first time I was seen by the doctor she did not review records for our tele-visit. I know this because upon my second visit they requested that I email them the information again due to it not being available. My second visit was extremely stressful upon figuring this out and her push to not give out any referrals. I had a wonderful experience with my previous care team and simply wanted to keep my established specialists. I was very upset I had lost my primary in the insurance change in general and I expressed this, very little compassion upon visits. My insurance had recently changed to an HMO which required me to gain approval from her to continue seeing my specialist. She denied my need for an ENT numerous times over a week and denied the ENT office request as well. I saw her a total of 2 times and received no help or constructive feedback. I will not return to her office or be returning any calls. She failed to return my call for an entire week after being reassured she would call me back by her staff. I was able to see another primary with a much better process outside of her office. I now have the care and referral I need. The poor rating on Health Grades about issues with referring to specialists is accurate. I also checked if she pulled my records from my previous primary, she did not. Good luck to her current patients and future patients."
