"Kelly and her Very rude staff, are very unprofessional. Rolling eyes at patients like my concern is none of their concern. I have been waiting on a doctor’s appointment for three months. Second time my appointment has been canceled. I show up first thing in the morning. They tell me very rudely that I don’t have an appointment. Telling me they called me day before appointment to reschedule. That is the second time, they did that. These people showed they do not care individually for health care, they just do not care. find another doctor, absolutely horrible. There is a reason why they only have a few reviews."

"Horrible, lazy and incompetent service. Expect to have procedures canceled on you, phone calls and emails ignored and be ready to constantly deal with completely incompetent service. They don't do exams, and just refer you for a colonoscopy no matter what. Then when you show up at their "colonoscopy farm" partner St Petersburg Endoscopy, they will try to get money from you for procedures that are 100% covered by your insurance. When you question anything or complain, they treat you as if YOU are the problem. They operate as a fast food chain, but for colonoscopies. Find another provider that actually looks out for the best interest of their patients."

"Horrible. I have a Nitrile Glove allergy. For some reason, the staff can't understand the difference between Nitrile and Latax. Clearly, need training on the difference if working in a medical office. This is the only Dr in Pinellas County that would not schedule me for a visit. All they have to do is take the Nitrile Gloves out of that one room, wipe it down and remove the trash. Air out for a few minutes and all would be fine. My derm, primary, ortho and etc are more than helpful. Not willing to accommodate in any way."

"Dr Myint came highly recommended by our neighbor. We found him to be knowledgeable, thorough and patient. The office staff was friendly but a prescription that was ordered on Monday to be called in to our pharmacy had still not been called in on Friday at 8:30 am. I have called the pharmacy each day thinking I missed their text that the script was ready but no it was still not sent yet. I called Dr Myint’s Clearwater office yesterday to see why the script was not sent 3 days later. I was assured it would be sent to our pharmacy yesterday. Today pharmacy still has no script waiting. I called the Dr office again today and they again say it will be sent today, Friday, 4 days after the Dr visit on Monday. I have never had this happen before at any Dr office. Usually by end of day scripts have been sent to pharmacies to be filled. Very very disappointed. Someone is not doing their job."

"I was found an H-Pylori. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and instructed to call 2 weeks after completing antibiotics to do a test to make sure I no longer have H-Pylori. Called, left messages to the nurse, left messages with a receptionist to ask the nurse to get back to me to simply send me an order for the test. It’s been almost a month and nurse is simply ignoring me. I must do this test this year for the insurance purposes and I have couple days left. I hope this bad review will catch nurse’s attention to take care of this issue in time."
