"The very best PCP and team I've ever had. From the front lobby set up to relax patients to the friendly staff it shows they care about patients in more ways then the normal doctor's office. That lobby is set up with an oldies Rock & Roll theme including music that helps you relax and lower blood pressure. I've watched patients sing and even dance back to their appointments. They have a share food pantry box that patients can take home an item and even help them with contacts for other needs. I brought my complete file from my last PCP's office for my new patient visit. Had my lowest blood pressure ever on a new patient visit. Between the med tech, Dr. Figueroa and myself, we went over everything. I'm dealing with some very complex issues that the previous PCPs chose to not help figure out. A plan of action was set up to try some different meds, do some baseline bloodwork with follow up and get me into a couple specialists. We are tweaking things as we go and learning a lot. If you need anything or even have a question there is someone answering the phones and messaging the staff at all hours. Those people are normally off site but really very nice too. I got side tracked my last visit, forgot a copy of my bloodwork Doc wanted me to take to the Gastro's new patient visit. I called and they mailed it to me to go with my MRI reports and other paperwork. I've also called in updates on appointments that were canceled then rebooked, bad reactions to new meds and that I was going back to the old meds until instructed. Dr. Figueroa and his staff all told me NO MORE WORRIES; I have a home with them! No more PCP ignoring MRI reports and the w/follow up instructions. No more trying to figure things out alone and they are very happy to work with the specialists team I have had for years."
