"I went to this office for OB care during my first pregnancy. I had a wonderful experience, but I am only giving 4 stars because of one midwife who potentially almost ruined my entire birth experience. I am so grateful for the quality of care I received here & how kind all of the staff were during my visits. While pregnant you are in the office a LOT so I interacted with almost everyone who works there st some point and they were all lovely! Well….except for Tonia. She is one of the most callous & condescending people I’ve ever met with - and to act as such when dealing with pregnant women is shameful. My very first midwife appointment was with her & I could barely hold back my tears. I left the office bawling - she made me feel stupid for asking questions. I am a first time mom so I had a lot of them, too. Fast forward to the day of my actual birth, she was the midwife on call when I got to the hospital. Once again, she was rude & condescending while I was literally in labor and excited to have my baby. As soon as she left the room I started panicking because I did not want her to deliver my baby. Thank goodness there was a shift change and Liz ended up delivering my baby. Liz is kind, sensitive & compassionate and thanks to her I had the birth of my dreams. I have spoken to two other women who also had a similar experience with Tonia so I know this is not an isolated occurrence! Love this office, just recommend seeing Jordan or Liz :)"

"Ashley Long and the nurse were both friendly and knowledgeable. The first time I was there I was seen very quickly. However, I waited for approximately an hour before I was seen at my recent visit. Dr. Long and the nurse were very cordial and I’m sure Dr. Long couldn’t help it, but it was a long wait. Despite the long wait, I’m giving a 5-star rating based on those two but was not happy about the hour wait."
