"Unprofessional. Booked as a new patient online. Showed up for appointment after getting two confirmation texts and filling out all paperwork. Upon showing up I was told the Dr won’t take a new patient after a certain hour of the day. The office could have easily not sent the confirmation text and instead sent a cancelled text. When I told the front desk person the site online specifically said new patient she said I know I don’t know why it does that… maybe fix your tech? Good thing I left the office early in rush hour… really poor client experience. Will not be trying to rebook."

"First visit, difficult to get a word in. She kept cutting me off. Sent me for labs and MRI. I saw that I had a brain tumor, requested a sooner visit, which was like pulling teeth. Telehealth visit was complete waste. She literally read the results of brain tumor during telehealth call. No other answers or solutions. I asked what the next step would be, she said someone would get back to me. No one did. After many calls and messages, I was told to follow-up with a weightloss program for a BRAIN TUMOR. I went there for chronic fatigue and severe migraines with nausea. Still haven't discussed labs. Can't get any answers. You'll speak to 20 different people at the office and never hear anything back. Worst experience I've ever had with any doctor. She is not interested in concerns. She is too busy or doesn't care to respond or follow-up. I'm completely shocked and disappointed."

"Dr.Chalavarya is the best endocrinologist I've ever had! She is honestly an overall great physician. She spent time getting my full story and requested medical records from my previous doctors to understand my diagnosis. Dr.Chalavary and her team went above and beyond. Dr.Chalavarya inquired about my obgyn and when I advised her I didnt have one but had one in mind she immediately sent a message to get me an appointment. Even after my visit her team spent many days talking with my insurance company to make sure my prescriptions were approved. I recommend her to anyone looking for an endocrinologist."
