"I was a patient of wonderful Dr Azneer's before he retired a few years ago when he worked with Dr Patel. My doctors and i have begged for my medical records since i left their office 8 years ago. Dr Patel's staff members sadly refuses to send my records to my present doctor because now their excuse is that it has been too long and that they are not required too! I just wonder if they understand, or even care, that the information that they are withholding from my new doctor could save my 68 year old life?
