"I've been going to Dr. Bart for years and find him to be caring and a good listener. He doesn't rush through his time with me and we discuss medications and test results and he answers all my questions and concerns with great thoughtfulness. I hope he doesn't fully retire while I'm in his care as I have gone though several sub-par doctors before finding him."

"After learning of an insurance discrepancy, I canceled my appointment with Dr. Natoli's office. Unfortunately, I was never taken off of the schedule and was mailed a $75 no-show fee. This was a referral from another doctor and when insurance couldn't be verified as a provider, I simply canceled the appointment. Keep in mind, this all has to be done over the phone, because there isn't an email address or a website for the practice. When I called the office to inquire about this and to clarify any miscommunication or misunderstanding, I was treated rudely and strong armed with detailed threats of being reported to the credit bureau. I left multiple messages for the doctor, to let him know how his staff is handling this issue and the staff refuses to pass on my messages. I've since been told that I should've mailed a hand written letter to cancel my appointment and any and all concerns regarding my no-show fee are to be handled the same way, via U.S. mail. I imagine the hand written letter, just as my messages for the doctor, won't ever see the eyes of Dr. Natoli. This is not the way to do business and it certainly isn't an acceptable way to treat people/patients."

"I’ve never been treated so poorly by office staff my entire life. The amount of disrespect is borderline abusive towards paying and insured patients seeking treatment. I suggest this doctor hires new people. I reported back to my dermatologist who recommended him."
