"I had the same experience as another reviewer. I went to the facility a year and a half ago to check on a possible blood clot in my leg. Service was good, with no waiting, but yesterday I received a bill that said "This account is seriously past due, please contact our office immediately!" The print on the invoice was so faint I could hardly read it, but I found the phone number and called, only to get a recording to leave a message. That was about 4 hours ago and nobody has called me back. The invoice was so unprofessional, I thought it might be a scam, so I went online to make sure it's the correct phone number. The invoice and billing process seems unprofessional to me."

"I had an MRI done about a year ago. Service was awesome, from making my appointment to getting my results. All staff was courteous and professional. My only complaint is that after a year with all services paid off they are still sending messages on a monthly basis of an online statement. Showing a balance due. When I call for an explanation no one answers the phone. Completely unprofessional."

The cost of service was extremely reasonable and I did not have to wait long. I called a different facility first, and was told they were scheduling weeks out for a simple ultrasound. Advanced Medical Imaging got me in the same day I called. If you need imaging, this is the place to go. **UPDATE:** I took my imaging to my doctor and she was very unhappy with the quality of the imaging. I had to go someplace else for better imaging. She said the equipment must be very old and outdated. (It did not look modern). Also, I got a bill with a small balance on my account, and there is no way to pay online!? I called to give my credit card, but had to leave a message for billing and no one has returned my call. There isn't even a place on the bill to fill in a credit card number. I guess they only take checks??"
