"My grandma broke her arm on Memorial Day weekend and had to go to the ER. All the staff was very attentive and there was no wait. She was admitted to the hospital for a few nights and she was very pleased and impressed with all the staff she encountered during her stay. Everyone made an unfortunate event as comfortable as possible for her."
"This hospital is terrible. Went to ER on 5/31 for catheter replacement due to blockage. They didn't have anyone on staff that knew how to place a catheter and the supplies were locked up and they didn't have access to the correct size. Someone ordered a nurse to cath me, but she didn't know how and used wrong size then got scared after it was 3/4 of way in and jerked it out quickly. Doing internal damage and causing bleeding. Had to be transferred to another hospital after waiting 6+ hours. They never should have admitted me and should have said they didn't have anyone on staff that could help and no supplies necessary. Would have saved me almost 2 days of pain and hassle. Afterward contacted patient concern line and was told they would call back within the week. When following up today they hadn't done anything and hung up on us."
"SCAMMERS! We visited this hospital for an emergency and had to wait 15 minutes before being admitted. Once inside, we waited over an hour, during which time they only collected my insurance information. My girlfriend was experiencing severe cramps, but received no medical attention or communication from the staff. Miraculously, she began to feel better before anyone assisted us. It felt as if they ignored us completely; they only seemed interested in obtaining our insurance details. We eventually left without receiving any actual care. To make matters worse, I was later billed $2,000. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the healthcare system. I hate healthcare in this country! How come charging $2000 for seriously nothing!"
"This ER should be shut down. For starters we waited 8 hours in their lobby. In all there confusion and lack of communication CT forgot me, delaying my ER stay 3 hours. I finally said something and they realized I fell off there list. During all this time sitting in the lobby we witnessed multiple hippa violations, unsanitary practices and verbal abuse of patients. The ER receptionist totally unprofessional making inappropriate comments about irate patients that were upset with the ER overall staff. Some patients just got up and walk out. It was a complete zoo. Things we witnessed, Blood samples were being drawn in the lobby next to families with small children. IV’s were being done in the ER lobby as well. Full unlabeled urine samples were being left in the lobby on tables next to the patient, upwards to 20 minutes until they had time to test the urine. And then they tested urine openly in the lobby next to families and patients!. When urine container backlogged they were not labeled with patients names. They actually said he could tell whose urine it was by the temperature of the containers! And when they were done testing they threw the full urine containers in the lobby trash can!! There were many other examples that would not fit in this review! Stay clear of this hospital. I’m switching cardiologist if that’s the only hospital where they perform their surgeries. My doctor is definitely going to hear about this."
"This hospital I’m just lost for words almost so much to say and not enough space. , my family and I arrived at 9:18 pm on 2/28/24 I went in for SOB shortness of breath , giving them some of my symptoms and background was told to go to the ER from a urgent care facility. Long story short blood work comes back and I was told that my blood levels were low a 6.1 but they could give me a script for iron pills I’m like okay but if my leaves are this low most of time I wound get a blood transfusion never seen the ER doctor until it was time for them to discharge me . I’m just confused on how they think this is normal and that some iron pills will help when I just started my cycle so now it’s going to be even lower. I just see this hospital as make a quick buck and send you on your way no real care it’s sad really ."
