As a part of the Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group (DCMG), we have proudly served our community with dedicated healthcare services for over 50 years. However, we must announce the difficult decision to close our clinics, with our last day of operation being August 30, 2024.

Rest assured, we are committed to assisting you during this process. Please contact your insurance company directly to find doctors in your network, and follow the instructions provided for requesting your medical records.

Our dedicated care team will continue to support you with tests, prescriptions, and referrals through August 28, 2024. For any future healthcare needs, Florida Blue commercial members are encouraged to consider the new Florida Blue | Sanitas Medical Centers opening nearby on September 3, 2024. These centers are leaders in providing value-based, high-quality primary care.
