"There is no building to accommodate customers. You have to wait outside for the bus to arrive in rain, sleet or snow. If you need to purchase a ticket, it's not happening. You'll need to have everything before arriving. This is a very unsafe environment and not fair or acceptable to paying customers. The city should be ashamed of themselves and certainly should consider a brick and mortar, especially with the amount of business the bus station gets worldwide. I plead with the city of pensacola to please make a change for the sake of the customers' safety. Thanks, and God bless you all."
"The poker center looked like it would be interesting. I mainly came for the dog races to find out that they took out the dogs. So folks the only dogs you'll see running are those on the TV screens."
