"AT&t Naples Store 9985 Business Cir #17 Naples, FL 34112. I placed my online order for a new phone for pickup at the Naples store named above. I was told the phone would be ready for pickup in two hours. Went to the store four hours later. The store was empty, and no one working there had yet even checked the online orders. The lady/girl working there was loud (playing videos on her phone screaming and cursing out loud when she lost her game), she was also screaming across the store to coworkers. She was incompetent, vulgar (she belched in my face while waiting on us). The AT&T team could not help move my apps and data from my old phone to my new phone as they claimed their WiFi was terrible bc it att store uses Comcast WiFi. They sent me home to do it myself. AT&T you do not even deserve 1 star. Do better. Hire people to work in your stores that care about customers and take pride in their jobs. And get better WiFi."
"Spoke to Lismary. Was having issues with my S10. After showing me the newer S24+, decided to go with new phone. Library took care of exchanging data and all setup. Excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable about product and services. Too bad internet was not offered in this area!"
