"As a use to be customer & ex employee this place has gone down the drain with the new manager DAVE SPENCER! The place had a working flow and employees now its bad ever since new guy came in 4 guys have been fired for just about the smallest inconvenience. I haven't left and don't consider this place a good area to work or shop now as long as here there!!! Pushes his employees like solider just cause he's a ex military guy!!! There's limits to be pushed around and talked too but this guy is all about crazy & strict! The area got inspection by Osha & failed and wants you to keep working knowing that the place needs mantanice & more. Guy treats you like he's in the military forklifts are bad need work as well and told us to use them right after Oshawa said not too!!! That new Manger is no good speaking for the new employees you have BEEN WARNED its a promise not a threat as he would say !!!! Yard "foreman" Chris does not help customers due to not speaking Spanish when 95% customers speak it only and stop by 100% everyday thru the week!! So that's where the bilingual employees have to work more just as the guys upfront desk cause management is not bilingual, labor worker has to go upfront to work with customers because of lack of communication of the 2 guys that don't speak it!! Places needs bilingual people and respectful ones too because they will 2 face you and tell you that the day you quit or fired! White cap has to be its competitors and that's where I recommend to go as I've shopped and worked here !!"
