"The young man in the store sold me a new phone because I dropped my old phone and cracked the screen. Then he told me there has been issues with the internet box that I needed a new internet box. What a mistake that was. Paid a deposit for a new box and he put in the username and password incorrectly. Took it home could not have internet for a half a day until I spend an hour online with tech to finally get it straightened out. Never should have taken the box home there was nothing wrong with mine after talking to tech and the rebate department I now understand there was no reason for me to have a new internet box. He must have just got credited for starting a new account. Rethinking the whole T-Mobile thing."

"One of the ladies scammed my grandma out of $20 all because she forgot her pin, yet they simply could’ve sent her information to her phone number for free. Of course my grandma doesn’t know anything about this so they took advantage of her. Do better and don’t take advantage of the elderly! It’s such a shame that there’s people like that lady who works here taking advantage of people who don’t know about this stuff."

"Very deceptive business practices. I bought a phone from this store. When I got home I looked at the receipt and realized I was charged $60 for a charger that I was never offered nor did i asked for it. These scammers will lie cheat and steal to make a buck."

"I heard them talking to each other about the guy who don't understand English so they sold them the phone more expensive even he was able to an upgrade I make a comment about it they didn't even care"
