"Quite disappointed. I was a loyal member for over a year until I genuinely came in with a malfunctioning vape after buying it a few hours apart, hit it twice and they at least didn’t even offer me half off for another one when I came in for help. You could bet your rent of not even getting a replacement. I understand it could be policy but after buying from this shop for so long, I was dissatisfied in the service. Bunch of kids with no professional or communication skills at all. Best if you go to the other vape shops around the area, they’ll be more considerate."
"Been a customer for years, since the shop opened. Been parking the motorcycle out front since before the shop was even there. Never had been an issue until today. Kid talking about I could get arrested for parking on the sidewalk, like no. Get over yourself. It could get towed if I left it there but I was in and out of the shop in 3 minutes. Your shop. That I won’t be returning too. Mind your business."
